The MAX813LESA+T is a single-chip, low-power, integrated power management solution designed to simplify the design of portable, battery-powered systems. This device contains a low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO), two low-power linear regulators, a power-on reset generator, and a watchdog timer. The LDO is capable of providing up to 600mA of output current, and it features a programmable voltage dropout voltage of 0.1V to 0.6V. The two low-power linear regulators provide up to 200mA of output current each, and they feature a programmable output voltage range of 0.8V to 3.3V. The power-on reset generator and watchdog timer provide system reset and system monitor functions. The MAX813LESA+T is available in a space-saving, 10-pin TDFN package.
